Profile sought :

  • Strong skills in developing and maintaining customer relationships and problem solving;
  • Mastery of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems;
  • Skills with applications/software: Microsoft Office suite, accounting software, Bitdefender, F-Secure, antidote, Adobe acrobat etc
  • Skills in managing Microsoft environments (Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, Active Directory, DNS, shared printers);
  • Knowledge of Apple systems;
  • Knowledge of Cloud and backup. (Microsoft Office 365 email and SharePoint, Veeam);
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (NAS, switch, WIFI, router, firewall, printer);
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper V, etc.) would be a plus!;
  • Impeccable command of French and English (written and spoken);
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field.
