• Analyze, diagnose and solve level 1 and 2 problems as remote support;
• Ensure full customer satisfaction by performing rigorous follow-ups;
• Redirect more complex and unresolved technical problems and issues to your colleagues who have the expertise;
• Participate in the management of our workshop (pre-configuration of workstations, routers, switches, NAS, cloud backup systems and many others);
• Share your experience and opinions by actively participating in team meetings;

Profile sought :

• Strong skills in developing and maintaining customer relationships and problem solving;
• Mastery of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems;
• Skills with applications/software: Microsoft Office suite, accounting software, Bitdefender, F-Secure, antidote, Adobe acrobat etc
• Skills in managing Microsoft environments (Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, Active Directory, DNS, shared printers);
• Knowledge of Apple systems;
• Knowledge of Cloud and backup. (Microsoft Office 365 email and SharePoint, Veeam);
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (NAS, switch, WIFI, router, firewall, printer);
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper V, etc.) would be a plus!;
• Impeccable command of French and English (written and spoken);
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field.
