On November 13, Mon Technicien was honored twice: it received an honorable mention at the Prix Performance Québec awards and was a finalist in two categories at the Dunamis awards presented by the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Laval (CCIL).
At the official Prix Performance Québec awards ceremony, organized by the Mouvement québécois de la qualité and the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, and Energy (MEIE) as part of the Salon MPA trade show, Mon Technicien received an honorable mention in the independent service SME category, alongside the City of Laval, the City of Pont-Rouge, and Bio Biscuit.
Presented annually, these awards are a prestigious recognition given by the Quebec government to organizations that stand out for their excellence in management practices. The rigorous process includes a comprehensive analysis, a day of interviews, and the application of demanding criteria based on the highest quality standards. This award highlights the strength of their internal processes and their ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. It also represents remarkable progress for the company, demonstrating that it is clearly on the right track!
On the same day, the company was also a finalist for the Dunamis Awards in the categories of Business Acquisition or Transfer and Sustainable Development Initiative. The first nomination refers in particular to the acquisition of Openmind Technologies’ MSP division in 2024, a strategic integration that has consolidated talent and strengthened the company’s market presence. The sustainable development nomination reflects their initiative with Compensation CO₂ Québec, through which 5,000 trees have already been planted to create new local forests and actively contribute to biodiversity.
