YOUR ROLE

We’re waiting for you to:
Client development and support (80%)
- Maintain a proactive and strategic relationship with clients through strategic meetings and close follow‑ups
- Identify potential needs, business challenges, and improvement opportunities among existing clients
- Act as a key point of contact and trusted advisor
- Identify and qualify growth opportunities (upselling, cross‑selling) in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and actively contribute to retention
Opportunity development (20%)
- Contribute to the development of new opportunities mainly through:
- Occasional prospecting
- Business and networking events (5 à 7s)
- Qualify opportunities, analyze needs, and contribute to the sales cycle through closing
- Lead the sales cycle: needs analysis, solution proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Design and deliver clear, impactful presentations tailored to decision‑makers
- Represent the company as an ambassador during client meetings and events (5 à 7s)
PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience (IT sector is an asset)
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening skills, follow‑up, rigor, and a consultative approach
- Ability to identify business needs, propose tailored solutions, and work closely with technical teams
- Good understanding of technology environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, basic networking concepts) is an asset
- Interest in cybersecurity and ability to position related solutions
- Results‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
