EXPECTED CHALLENGES:

Do you want to have a direct impact by developing technological tools that improve the efficiency of internal teams?

Are you curious, rigorous, and passionate about code? Do you want to contribute to the automation, integration, and optimization of internal tools?

Then we’re waiting for you to:

• Design and maintain integration scripts between our internal tools (PSA, RMM, CRM, etc.) via APIs or Webhooks.
• Develop automated reports (PDF, dashboards, CSV exports) for different departments (projects, sales, NOC).
• Create and improve internal automations (e.g., task triggers, data synchronization, notifications).
• Contribute to the integration of AI features into workflows.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technological tools, including those based on AI.
• Collaborate with different teams to identify needs and propose simple, stable, and scalable technological solutions.
• Document processes and maintain a clear and maintainable script repository.

DESIRED PROFILE:

We are looking for someone who goes beyond technical execution. Someone who understands the business challenges, knows how to analyze symptoms, and propose solutions before problems become visible. You will need to detect patterns, imagine automations, suggest improvements, and deliver tools that truly lighten the workload of teams.

• Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Relevant experience or training in software development, IT automation, or data engineering
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with APIs and cross-system process automation
• Excellent command of Microsoft Power Platform software such as Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Interest or experience in AI: integration of models (OpenAI, LLM, NLP) into internal tools
• Autonomy, rigor, initiative, and technical curiosity
• Analytical and solution-oriented
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Bilingualism in English and French, both spoken and written
