We are looking for an organized, proactive and self-driven individual to support our marketing, communications, events, and business development initiatives.In this role, you will contribute to project coordination, content creation, and event execution, working closely with leadership.

YOUR CHALLENGES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Communications

  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing content
  • Contribute to promotional campaigns and visibility initiatives
  • Update sales tools, presentations, and newsletters
  • Ensure brand consistency
  • Support media relations efforts

Content Production

  • Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots
  • Manage schedules, vendors, and logistics
  • Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Events & Business Development

  • Organize corporate events and networking activities
  • Manage invitations, attendee lists, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, and logistics
  • Support visibility and relationship-building initiatives

Coordination

  • Track marketing projects and timelines
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and follow-ups

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Autonomous, resourceful, and professional
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interest in marketing, events, and communications
  • Comfortable with social media and digital tools
  • Fluent in both French and English (required)
  • Experience in event or production coordination
  • Knowledge of Canva, Meta, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, CRM or Google Workspace
  • Experience in a startup or SME environment (asset)
  • Interest in technology and B2B services
