As a NOC Network Administrator, you will play a key role within the operations center: task automation, environment hardening, advanced monitoring, complex incident management, and continuous improvement of critical infrastructures.
Your responsibilities
Technical expertise & automation
- Develop and maintain deployment scripts to automate operations
- Configure and optimize remote management and monitoring tools
- Design technical playbooks for Level 1 teams
- Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents
- Standardize and industrialize technical processes (SOPs, automated remediation)
Cybersecurity & environment hardening
- Orchestrate patch deployment cycles for operating systems and third‑party applications
- Deploy and audit security configurations based on industry best practices
- Disable obsolete protocols and secure privileged access
- Conduct post‑incident technical investigations to identify entry vectors and prevent recurrence
- Ensure the hardening of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments
- Analyze and process security alerts, including advanced alerts
Advanced monitoring & performance
- Configure network mapping tools for complete and granular infrastructure visibility
- Manage the backup aggregator and resolve complex data protection issues
- Monitor cloud security postures and remediate configuration gaps
- Analyze network bottlenecks and hardware performance alerts
- Diagnose incidents related to firewalls and network equipment
- Optimize availability (HA, clusters, failover) and perform regular audits
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong expertise in Windows systems administration and cloud environments
- Advanced scripting skills for large‑scale automation in multi‑client environments
- In‑depth networking knowledge (segmentation, VPNs, security protocols)
- Strong analytical skills to resolve highly complex technical issues
- Exceptional rigor in applying hardening and compliance standards
- Experience in an MSP or multi‑client NOC environment (major asset)
- Ability to act as a Level 2 technical escalation point during critical incidents
- Excellent documentation quality: SOPs, post‑incident reports, technical recommendations
- Clear technical communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment, sometimes under pressure
