YOUR ROLE
You ensure the health, stability, security, and performance of our clients’ IT environments. Through a proactive approach, you perform preventive site visits, identify risks, correct technical deficiencies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure within a multi-client MSP environment.
Your day-to-day work is focused on proactive maintenance, incident prevention, cybersecurity, technical debt management, and IT environment optimization to ensure reliability, security, and compliance with Mon Technicien standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive site visits and proactive maintenance activities.
- Maintain and improve servers, network equipment, backups, and IT infrastructure.
- Identify, remediate, and follow up on technical risks and deficiencies.
- Contribute to the cybersecurity of client environments and ensure required patches and updates are properly managed.
- Maintain the technical debt register, identify obsolete or end-of-life equipment, and recommend appropriate improvements.
- Contribute to environment standardization and the continuous improvement of technical practices.
- Ensure the quality of technical documentation and the ongoing tracking of client environments.
- Collaborate with the Support, NOC, and Projects teams to ensure proper follow-up on risks, priorities, technical recommendations, and escalations.
IDEAL PROFILE
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or advanced technical support.
- Hands-on experience in an MSP or multi-client IT services environment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and proactive management of IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, backup solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with monitoring and remote management tools, including Datto RMM.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Rigorous, self-driven approach with a focus on prevention and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships in a technical context.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for regular travel to client sites.
