Every year, thousands of organizations around the world aim for Great Place to Work certification. To obtain it, two essential steps must be taken.
First, our employees respond to an anonymous survey that measures trust, pride, team spirit, fairness and recognition. Then, My Technician submits a file presenting our practices in terms of corporate culture.
Only organizations that achieve an excellent satisfaction rate and demonstrate a real commitment to the well-being of their team obtain this recognition.

A first presence in the Canadian rankings
What makes this 7th certification even more special? It has allowed us to reach a new level of recognition: we have entered the list of the 100 best workplaces in Canada. We have achieved 75th position in the category of companies with fewer than 100 employees.
This ranking is much more than a classification. It recognizes organizations that place people at the center of their mission and that create a climate where people feel good, motivated and respected.
The process is based on HR data, well-being indicators and authentic employee testimonials. In other words, it is our collective voice that has propelled us this far.
Certification vs. ranking: what is the difference?
Great Place to Work certification is an annual recognition. It confirms that a company meets international quality criteria in terms of the workplace. It is accessible to all companies, provided that their internal survey demonstrates a high level of satisfaction.
The ranking, on the other hand, is more selective. It only includes the best performing companies among those already certified. This is a highly coveted national ranking, limited to a small number of organizations per category (by sector or size).
