My Technician team is proud to participate in the 2024 edition of the 48-Hour Ride Make-A-Wish®, a charitable event aimed at fulfilling the dreams of children with serious illnesses, which will take place on September 20, 21, and 22. Although our efforts are not directed towards a specific child, we wish to highlight the impact of this initiative through inspiring examples like Scarlett’s.
Scarlett’s Story
Scarlett is a brave young girl who has faced medical challenges from a very early age. Her dream was to have a customized outdoor play area where she could safely play and thrive. Thanks to the generosity of donors and the hard work of Make-A-Wish® volunteers, Scarlett’s dream came true. This outdoor space now provides a place of comfort and joy for her and her family.
Why the 48-Hour Ride?
The 48-Hour Ride Make-A-Wish® is not just a sporting challenge but also a community movement where participants ride together to bring hope and joy to children and their families. Every pedal stroke directly contributes to turning dreams into reality, just like Scarlett’s.
Our Commitment
At My Technician, we firmly believe in the importance of giving back to the community. That’s why our team of 12 riders has set an ambitious goal to raise $8,400 to support the foundation. We know that every dollar counts and brings a child closer to their dream.
Fundraising Events
To reach our goal, in addition to collecting direct donations, we are organizing two exciting events:
- Private Charity Music Show: An unforgettable evening of live music. All funds raised during this event will go directly to the Children’s Dreams foundation. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy a wonderful time while supporting a fantastic cause
- Bowling Fundraiser: In partnership with My Technician, this event invites you to have a fun day while raising funds for the foundation. Form a team, knock down some pins, and help us make dreams come true!
